I started babysitting at 18 years old, so that's over 10+ years now, was a nanny for 2 years, and an assistant teacher at a daycare. I now work at a non profit organization for children. I believe we really shape children's lives, so I would wish to make a difference in at least one child's life. With me, your children will have fun, playing, and learning in a safe and comfortable environment. I enjoy taking children to the zoo, park, movies, and museums. I also enjoy coloring, reading, writing or drawing with children. I am responsible, dependable, and fun. I have 2 years of paid experience as a nanny with elementary aged children (2 girls). My experience includes preparing meals, transporting child to and from home/activities/school and cleaning up after. I also have 10 years of babysitting experience, mostly for date nights or different occasions. I have experience changing diapers, bottle feeding, and putting babies to sleep. Hi!. I am from the Palm Springs area, where most of my family lives. I am an auntie Becca to 10 great-nephews, and 4 nephews and 6 nieces, and numerous other kids that I have met through Urban Sitter. I grew up in a Hispanic household and have many years of hands-on experience even though I myself never had children. I am currently available Mon-Fri, 4-5 hours a day. Available for date nights.

I’m a parent of 1, my daughter is now an adult. I retired from the Army after 20yrs in 2016. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and have worked(played) in their nursery for over a year in my church. I have also taught in Sunday school 3-5yr olds and 12-15 yr olds. I love babysitting kids because I only had 1 and wanted more. I wouldn't have been able to continue in my career or make it to retirement if it wasn't for the babysitters & family I had for my daughter. I’ve lived in multiple states and 2 other countries as well as visited 19 countries for work. I love “working” with kids because they are nonjudgmental, carefree and a great reminder to slow down and enjoy simple things in life. I'm not looking to start a new career, I believe kids can make life fun and happier than being in a boring corporate office or answering to a boss.
