During that time, I cared for children of many ages, helped with daily routines, supervised activities, assisted with homework, prepared meals and snacks, and provided dependable support to busy families. My gap year gave me valuable hands on experience, strengthened my communication skills, and confirmed my passion for working with children. In addition to childcare experience, I have worked as a camp counselor and have experience creating engaging, age appropriate activities that help children learn, grow, and have fun.
