Hello! My name is Katy . I have my Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Child Development! I have always had love and patience for children growing up as I was raised in a big family! I chose to work with children as my career path because I know it is what I am passionate about. I have been working for the city as a Recreational Assistant for about 6 years now which includes caring for children 5-15 years old. I have worked for a summer camps every summer which allowed me to care for large groups of children. My responsibilities consist of tutoring, crafts and sports! I have been trained on keeping kids busy by creating fun activities and playing actively with them through recreational fun! While of course keeping them safe at all times. I have been a soccer coach for 5 and 6 year olds for about 4 years now. I have also been a youth fitness coach for girls 5-12 years old.
