Early arrival: If you are arriving early, please let me know so that I can arrange to leave earlier from your home. However, I still expect to be paid for the time as scheduled. 3. Cancellations: I know unexpected things can happen but if you need to cancel. Please do it 48 hours before the original booking. This will give me time to book another family. If I am not cancelled within the time frame above, I charge a $50 fee. I know unexpected things can happen but if you need to cancel please do it within 48 hours before the original booking. Exceptions to this rule: If you/child are ill, then this does not apply. Any other reasons will be considered, however please let me know ASAP. I look forward to working with your family.
