My full birth name is Nia Jade Colbert, but no one calls me Nia—please call me Jade. As an Executive Assistant, it has been a joy and privilege to support, teach, guide, and provide a sense of protection and stability for my executives’ children. Over the years, I’ve managed households, offices, automobiles, travel logistics, and business operations, but nothing has been more fulfilling than being entrusted with helping oversee the well-being of their children and pets. My approach is simple: I see myself as my executives’ children’s Executive Assistant as well. After all, they are the future leaders of our country.
