That means I’m a cook, a mom, a chauffeur, a sister and a mediator all in one. I’m currently a preschool teacher and have previous experience with being a substitute teacher for about 6 years. Through substituting, I was able to obtain a lot of my professional experience. I’ve been to a vast amount of daycares where I got to see and learn different learning styles in children as well as different approaches to learning and teaching children to achieve their milestones. I’ve been in a classroom where I’ve had to potty train and can say I was able to learn a few techniques. I’ve also been “long-term” in some sites where I was able to grow a bond with some of the children and theirs wins were my wins. I do have a sibling with Asperger’s autism who is 15, so I have some experience with children on the spectrum.
