Los Angeles
$30 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! I’m Cameron: a native Angeleno, University of New Orleans graduate, part-time screenwriter, and personal assistant/caregiver who truly loves helping folks (and their furry friends) feel seen and supported. I have years of experience dog-sitting pups of all temperaments, energy levels, and special medical/behavioral needs. No two doggos are the same and I take pride in adapting to each one’s unique routine. I also absolutely love animals so taking care of them is a win-win on all fronts. While I used to sit my little cousins, I recently became a godfather and now have experience babysitting the littlest of babies, too, meaning I’m comfortable caring for kids of all ages with patience, structure, and a sense of fun. I do weekly in-home care for individuals with disabilities, which has taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and clear communication. Like I mentioned earlier, I'm also a trained personal assistant backed by years working in a high-intensity, high-demand TV show writers' room. In addition to the usual household assistant duties, I excel at managing schedules, arranging travel, running errands, and keeping spaces tidy and organized (thank you, diagnosed OCD). I can cook (quite well), clean, problem-solve with the best of them, and am lucky to have built up a long list of happy clients who would be even happier to vouch for me! Have any questions or need a bit more info? Don’t hesitate to reach out!

Simply put, you will never find a more responsible human than Cameron. I've worked with him multiple times, and he has never failed to meet my exacting standards. He's reliable, professional, and also a truly kind human being. He's taken amazing care of our two dogs and our house on multiple occasions and always leave your abode spotless. Truly, you'll be lucky to get to work with him.

$21 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Los Angeles, CA

Hi - My name is Amy and I have my Bachelor's degree at LBSU in Mathematics Education to become a high school math teacher and I’m currently working on my teaching credential. I am offering child care, pet care, and tutoring. I have babysat many children in their own home as well as in daycares. I've babysat 10 month twins, one 2 year old, and one 5 year old at the same time. I've also worked at an after-school program for 3 years, which included watching over children along the ages of potty-trained to the 12th grade. I was also recently a summer camp counselor to about twenty 4th graders, where we dealt with crafts, singing/dance, science experiments, and recreational games. When babysitting, I've spent a lot of my time playing with the kids outside, with their toys, reading books together, or tutoring math and other subjects. I would LOVE to help out with any tutoring or homework help if needed. I also have played basketball for 6 years, so I can participate in any sport the child is interested in. I also have my own car if there are any appointments scheduled for them. I have watched over dogs and cats for multiple people throughout the years. House-sitting for as big as a black lab to as small as poodle mixes (maltipoo/shitzu/etc). Longest I've ever house sat was for a full 2 weeks while the family was out of town. I took care of their house by bringing in their mail, making sure the trash was moved out to the street, watering houseplants, and dogsitting their poodle mix. I offer walking, feeding, playing, and any other needs your pet needs attention to.

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Amy Walker. This summer, Amy led a group of 30 kids at our VBS with kindness, confidence, and genuine joy. She has a natural ability to connect with children—making each one feel seen, valued, and included. Amy is not only dependable and organized, but she brings a calm, positive energy to every situation. Whether guiding group discussions, leading activities, or helping kids navigate big feelings, Amy shows great leadership, patience, and heart. She truly created a space where kids could learn about God’s love in a way that felt personal and meaningful. Anybody would be lucky to have her!

$22 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Sara, I’m 26 years old. My major is in stem and I graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University. I recently completed the teaching credential program at Cal State LA. I am currently applying to teach high school science (biology/anatomy/earth and space) for next school year. That being said my availability for summer is open! (^: I have work experience in mentoring/tutoring services, summer camp counseling, retail, medical administration at Cedars Sinai, and substitute teaching. Although I do not have formal training caregiving, I have had plenty of experience caregiving for younger family members as well as watching over pets for extended periods of time. I am a kind and caring person and I get along with children and pets very easily. I look forward to working with you! (^:

$17 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Los Angeles, CA

Hi I’m Skye! I am 18 years old and am ready for a job! It’s hard to find a job as a college student because I have not had a job in the past due to a busy schedule in high school and most jobs require past working experience. I would say I’m friendly and respectful and like to get the job done! I’m currently a student at Arizona State who is majoring in English but maybe child development in the future! I am looking to occasionally babysit only because I go back home to my home state for winter and summer break so keep that in mind! I think I want a job where I can pick up kids from school and watch them for a few hours or when parents want to go on a date night!
