I have ten years of experience in childcare and nannying, ranging from newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids to preteens. I started babysitting in high school, have held summer nannying positions for multiple children, served and trained as a summer camp counselor, and also worked part time as a preschool teacher for a few years. I have held certifications in First Aid and CPR for several years as well! Some of my past childcare work has included: creating engaging and activity-filled themed weeks to help pass the summer days, assisting with morning routines/school drop-offs as well as afterschool care, completing overnight stays, and managing multiple siblings whose ages ranged from toddler to preteen. Hello! I’m currently living and working at a Buddhist monastery in San Francisco, where I meditate daily and study Buddhist psychology. I’m preparing to begin graduate school this fall to become a therapist, and I bring a calm, attentive, and compassionate presence to my work with children.
