Hello! Here’s a bit about me: I studied Fine Art and Photography in college, earning a BA in Fine Arts. Currently, I am channeling my creativity into launching an online art store. Prior to this, I spent several years working in the medical field in various roles, including serving as an EMT in the Bay Area, where my compassion for others made a perfect fit and helped refine the ability to stay calm under pressure. I am certified in CPR and First Aid and am also a certified doula. My caregiving experience includes many volunteer hours as a preschool aide when my son, now 25 years old, was younger. I have always enjoyed being around both children and seniors. I helped care for my elderly father in his later years, and I have always had pets; currently, I share my home with two wonderful dogs. I have a degree in Psychology from UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro), in Brazil. When I first came to the U.S.(96) I was a stay at home mom. my kids were 7 and 2. I've been working with kids (other than mine) since 2003. I have been serving and helping families with children ranging in ages from 4 months to 6 years old.
