Hi! I’m a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background in childcare, newborn support, and family care. I spent 3 years working as a preschool teacher, where I developed a love for creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments for children to learn and grow. In addition to teaching, I have over 5 years of nanny experience working closely with multiple families and supporting children through different stages of development. I am also a trained birth and postpartum doula as well as a newborn care specialist, which has allowed me to support families during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives. My approach is calm, patient, attentive, and family-centered, with a focus on providing both emotional and practical support. Beyond childcare, I previously worked as a certified nurse’s assistant in senior living and rehabilitation centers, where I gained valuable hands-on caregiving experience and strengthened my ability to provide compassionate care to individuals of all ages. Outside of work, I’m a fur mom to two cats and recently said goodbye to my sweet senior dog who passed from old age.

During the last few years of my life, I have babysat my own family and worked at an elementary school. I worked with grade levels k-3. I worked as a teachers assistant on my days that I didn’t have work. I worked and still do work at chilis. Since I love working with kids and taking care of kids inside and outside of school I want to put my experience to work and help out those who need it. Hi! My name is Emma, I have earned my Associate degree in Early Childhood Education at Pasadena City College in June 2025. I am currently studying Early Childhood Studies at Cal Poly Pomona, and I am also halfway through my AMI Montessori training program. These experiences are helping me deepen my understanding of child development and early education. I’m offering child care services and have experience working with children from 6 months to 10 years old. I’ve been babysitting since I was 17, and I truly love caring for young children, supporting their development, and creating fun, engaging experiences for them.
