I would like to invite you to allow me to TUTOR your child in your home, or local library. I tutor students from Kindergarten through 3rd grade. I have a Bachelor of Science in Child Development, and I spent 14 years as a public school teacher. This gave me a plethora of skills I use today, working one on one with students in KINDERGARTEN - 3rd GRADE. I have been tutoring for over 20 years. I also have 4 years of teaching 2nd grade students in an a after school program called "THINK TOGETHER." I worked with students in Santa Ana. This program consisted of about 20 students per teacher. I provided help to students with homework, reading skills, language arts, mathematics, writing, and art. I am not trained in teaching autistic children, but I do have experience working with autistic students. I tutor most of the students I have now skills ranging from reading, writing, math, language arts, and help with homework. I hope to hear from you to discuss hiring me as a tutor for your child. During the last few years of my life, I have babysat my own family and worked at an elementary school. I worked with grade levels k-3. I worked as a teachers assistant on my days that I didn’t have work. I worked and still do work at chilis. Since I love working with kids and taking care of kids inside and outside of school I want to put my experience to work and help out those who need it. Hi! My name is Sara, I’m 26 years old. My major is in stem and I graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University. I recently completed the teaching credential program at Cal State LA. I am currently applying to teach high school science (biology/anatomy/earth and space) for next school year. That being said my availability for summer is open! (^: I have work experience in mentoring/tutoring services, summer camp counseling, retail, medical administration at Cedars Sinai, and substitute teaching. Although I do not have formal training caregiving, I have had plenty of experience caregiving for younger family members as well as watching over pets for extended periods of time. Hi! My name is Ryan. I am 22 years old and I am currently an undergraduate student at Cal State Fullerton for my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am offering child care and pet care! I am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with over two years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I use ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy techniques to help kids build new skills, reach their goals, and improve daily behaviors in a clinic or home setting. This work has taught me patience, empathy, and how to adapt to each child’s unique personality and needs. Before becoming an RBT, I spent years as a competitive dancer since age 3 and later worked as an assistant dance teacher for children ages 4–12. I love bringing creativity, movement, and play into my time with kids to keep things fun and engaging. I grew up in Palm Springs but now live in Orange County, and I occasionally visit my hometown, so I’m open to jobs in both areas. I’m also happy to provide pet care! My family has a beagle, and I have hands-on experience with dog walking, feeding, and playtime (cats included!). I’m comfortable caring for large animals too. Outside of work, I love music, dancing, festivals, concerts, fashion, shopping, arts and crafts, reading, movies, and anything creative.
