Due to a reduction in Government funding I was just laid off from my four-year employment with the non-profit On Lok as a fundraising asst. raising money to help low income seniors and disabled live independent lives with access to good medical care. However, I love children so I continue to babysit in the evenings. I have many years experience working with children of all ages. I am lucky that I continue to sit for families that I've had for many years as well as sitting for new families. I am fairly fluent in Spanish and know a bit of ASL. My rate for one child is $30/hr, my rate for two is $35/hr, and my rate for 3 is $42/hr. These minimum rates are non-negotiable. I strongly prefer cash, credit, or check. I do charge for the entire time booked, even if you arrive home earlier than the agreed end time. LATE POLICY: If you think you are going to be late or would like to stay out later, please send me a text or phone call an hour beforehand. If not notified, an overtime charge will be applied to double the time you are late. CANCELLATION POLICY: No fee for cancellation up to 48 hours notice. Under 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Under 24 hour notice will be charged full fee.
