Hi! I’m Silvia 👋🏼 I’ve been caring for children for almost 9 years. My experience is mainly with babies and kids (from 4 months old to 7–8 years old.) Experiences: I first started as an au pair in 2016, and again in 2020, and since then I’ve continued working part-time with different families in San Francisco. Right now, part time with two wonderful families, one with a 8 month baby and another one with a 3 yo toddler, but I am available some evenings/night during the week days and Saturdays I’m friendly, patient, and responsible, and I truly enjoy spending time with kids. I love engaging them through play, arts and crafts, board games 🧩, story time, legos, magnet tiles, and imaginative activities, cooking games 🧑‍🍳, drawing etc... I’m fully vaccinated (including TDAP), speak English and Spanish fluently. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, but childcare has continued to be a meaningful and fulfilling part of my life. I’m also a proud aunt ❤️ of two nieces (2 toddlers ) and a nephew (9 years old) so being around kids has always been a big part of who I am. I’m also great with pets whether you have dogs or cats, 🐶🐱. I dont have allergies.

I’m originally from Colombia and recently moved to San Francisco from Colorado to continue my education while doing what I truly love—supporting families and caring for children. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Physical Education, and over four years of experience working with newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. Before moving to the U.S., I worked as an elementary school teacher, and during the past few years I’ve worked as both an au pair and a nanny, caring for children from 2 months to 16 years old. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them. I enjoy planning creative activities, crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, and helping children learn through play. Families describe me as warm, caring, patient, organized, responsible, and dependable. I naturally take initiative, keep routines running smoothly, and love creating a calm, positive environment where both children and parents feel supported. Beyond childcare, I’m happy to help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, organizing, errands, and pet care—whatever helps make your family’s day a little easier.

We hired Itsa for household help. She was very efficient, punctual and was very good at the chores. She helped with laundry, light cleaning, dishes. On the personal front, she is polite and easy to talk to! We plan on continuing to hire her.

Hi, my name is Valentina and I'm offering child care. I love taking care, playing, teaching and spending time with infants and toddlers. I have a certification in early childhood education and I worked in a school where I did didactic and meaningfu activities for them to develop their motor, cognitive, sensory and communicative skills through play such as painting, singing, dancing, reading and imagining stories, tasting and feeling different textures.

Valentina is reliable, warm and enthusiastic in working with our daughter. We had a last minute logistics change that we had to communicate to her and she followed through with it seamlessly. Our daughter absolutely loves her time with Valentina.

Hello ! My name is Ariana. I recently graduated from SFSU with a bachelors in nursing and currently working on my Masters. I’m offering child care and senior care. I have volunteered at Think Together after school program for about five years assisting and tutoring students. I helped raise and watch my three siblings and many cousins when I was ten. Ever since I just love taking care of children. I have so much patience and passion for the little ones and teens! I love creating activities or arts and crafts, reading, making towers with legos, and dancing. * I did take a long break from babysitting due to the outbreak. Then once I decided to resume I focused on my school and joined a beautiful nanny share.

Ariana is great and our daughter loves playing with her. She's always super friendly, energetic and very professional.
