My name is Sofia. I am 26 years old and grew up in the Bay Area. As a half-American, half-Argentine, I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I have always loved working with children. From a young age I enjoyed babysitting for local families and playing with my neighbors' children. Later, I began taking full-time nanny jobs wherein I was responsible for meals, baths, pickups, and homework. This opportunity to form relationships with children was so fulfilling that I decided to pursue teaching at a local Steiner-inspired school after graduating college. The curiosity and enthusiasm of the children made teaching an immensely satisfying job, it didn't really feel like a job half of the time!
