Mariah 1 review
San Francisco
$25 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Mariah, I am 18 years old and I’ve been a nanny for about two years. I love working with kids and enjoy being part of their daily routines, growth, and fun. I have experience with children of different ages and am confident helping with homework, preparing meals, playing games, and keeping things organized. I’m responsible, patient, and always bring a positive attitude. I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for kids, and I always aim to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. Some of the previous families that I have worked with would describe be as patient, caring, respectful, and organized.

From day one, Mariah showed a natural ability to connect with children. She is patient, kind, and always makes sure the kids are engaged in fun, age-appropriate activities. Whether it’s playing games, reading stories, or helping with schoolwork, Mariah keeps things organized and enjoyable. She also handles routines like bedtime, diaper changes, and tidying up with care and consistency. Mariah is extremely reliable—always on time, easy to communicate with, and quick to adapt to changes or special instructions. She is capable of preparing simple snacks and making sure mealtimes run smoothly. Overall, Mariah brings a calm and confident presence that makes both children and parents feel at ease. I trust her completely and would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a trustworthy and caring babysitter.

Booked by 3 families in San Francisco, CA

Hello, my name is Madison. I'm originally from the state of Michigan and moved to San Francisco for work after graduating from The University of Michigan where I majored in psychology with a focus in child and adolescent development. Im currently pursuing my doctoral in clinical psychology in the Bay Area. Im looking to for a reoccurring childcare opportunity on Mondays as well as to serve as a go to date night babysitter! I have 8 years of paid child care experience, working with children from newborns to middle schoolers! I am a very active individual and love to spend time outside especially when caring for children. I also enjoy reading, playing games or doing arts and crafts, really any active that sparks children's imagination! I love to cook/bake and (if age appropriate) to involve children in those activities as well. I am willing to help out with light house keeping, meal preparation and pick up/drop off. I also have experience with pet care, tending to both dogs and cats. Thank you for considering me for your child or pet care needs :)

San Francisco
$28 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 10 families in San Francisco, CA

Hi! My name is Kate and I’m 23 born and raised in San Francisco. Currently I’m taking a gap year before continuing to law school next fall and would really like to continue working with kids till than. As a caregiver I really enjoy getting to know who the child really is so that I can meet at their level to be as helpful as possible. I love to have fun and explore with the kids I work with, even if it means jumping in muddy puddles outside. I am incredibly organized, on top of schedules/assignments, and am more than happy to help with a bit of housework. My schedule is very flexible so if there is a spontaneous date night or Sunday playdate, I am happy to jump in to help ease your world. I am CPR and First Aid certified and am fully up to date on all vaccinations/health needs. I am happy to provide documentation for any of that if you would like to see it. I also have a car that I can use to get to and from work, however, I would not be able to use it to transport kids. Prior to this past summer I don’t have much formal childcare experience, however I’ve been babysitting on and off since I was in high school. Over the summer I was a camp counselor for 3-6 year olds at the Greensboro Country Club and I also worked in their drop in daycare center which took kids 6 weeks-10 years. I would love the opportunity to get to know you and your family more, so feel free to reach out!

Kate communicated well, on time, and took great care of our 3 year old in Noe Valley. we would recommend Kate and definitely look forward to her help in the future! thank you!

$20 per hour for 1 child

Grew up taking care of my younger sister while both my parents worked long hours. Worked for healthcare system backoffice software for the last decade. Looking to make a bigger community impact and help real people outside the healthcare system. I'm extremely patient and work well with all sorts of personalities, albeit I can be a little bit awkward sometimes. I love fixing things and getting into the details. Always happy to listen to people's stories.
