Before starting college, I took a gap year where I worked extensively with families as a nanny and pet sitter. During that time, I cared for children of many ages, helped with daily routines, supervised activities, assisted with homework, prepared meals and snacks, and provided dependable support to busy families. My gap year gave me valuable hands on experience, strengthened my communication skills, and confirmed my passion for working with children.
