Hello there, I'm Elis! I am a caregiver specialized in early childhood development. I've been working with kids all ages for over 8 years now. In Brazil, where I’m from, I’ve worked as a teacher and manager of an English school for two years and a half, before moving to US, in this past experience, I've had the chance to learn about pedagogy, early childhood learning and educational activities with focus on learning while having fun. I started my studies at Olivet Nazarene University an hour south of Chicago, where I grew up but I am currently finishing my degree online in Art History while pursuing art in LA! As the oldest of 6 children I grew up playing a mom role for my younger siblings so I have spent my whole life taking care of children! Hello! My name is Alley, and I'm a recent UCLA graduate with extensive experience in education and with kids. A little more about me: I have several years of experience working with children. Most recently, I've worked at an after-school program as a coordinator, creating curriculum for elementary aged children focused on expression and creativity. I’ve also worked at a daycare center in the Bay Area, where I gained lots of experience with children in all aspects of their daily care. I was directly responsible for infants as young as 4 months old, and children aged 2-12 years old at this center.
