Hello, My name is Lori. I'm a fun, loving, energetic Nanny/Sitter with more than 30 years experience. I'm married and have two boys of my own, ages 17 and 11. I don't mind commuting. This year will be my 32nd winter in Tahoe and I'm very confident driving in the snow. A little about me.... I'm honest, very reliable, and always on time. I love kids and they love me. Childcare is my chosen profession, and I love it. I had a licensed daycare in my home for 6 years. I cared for 7 children, including infants through age 12. I've also worked at a large daycare center. The majority of my career I've worked as a Nanny. I'm great with kids of all ages. Several families have given me the nickname "baby whisperer". I love arts and crafts, reading, music, and playing games. Though I'll admit, if the weather is good, I prefer to be outside with the kids. I love the outdoors. I snowboard in the winter, hike year round, and I love to mountain bike, swim, and paddle board during the summer. I enjoy doing all of these activities with kids too if they're interested. Most of the time, with younger kids, we take walks, play at the beach during summer and go sledding and play in the snow during winter. It's really up to the kids, and their ages and interests.
