Hi! My name is Madeline or Maddie. I hold a bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Education from UCSD. I have worked with newborns as young as 2 months to children as old as 13. I have about six years of babysitting experience, with four of those years being after I turned 18. I have also previously worked as an elementary school tutor for 3 years as well as privately. I have my own transportation. In addition I am also CPR and First Aid Certified with a Covid Vaccination. I am proficient in American Sign and I am fluent in English. I have over 20 years of experience as a professional nanny and have worked with children from newborns to 12 years old. I am certified in CPR and first aid, and I am adept at multitasking while supervising children. I am also skilled in preparing nutritious and delicious meals and snacks for children. Additionally, I have experience in sleep training, potty training, and led weaning for babies transitioning to solid foods. I am a structured nanny and adhere to a sleep schedule that begins on Day 2 of a baby’s life, as growth and development continue.

I am currently available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night. Fully vaccinated, covid and flu. I am a PhD candidate at Northwestern in Theatre and Drama. As someone who works in theatre and drama, I appreciate how children know how to have fun and be creative. I am available for occasional jobs and I can be contacted on short notice. Policies: I charge +2 per hour for additional children not included in the original booking. I charge for hours booked + any extra hours, so please think about how much time you actually need.
