During that time, she was always reliable (almost never had to take unexpected days off), very communicative, collaborative (never hesitated to raise any observations about the kids development) and above all she genuinely cares for our kids (even getting them the most thoughtful gifts on special occasions). I have the utmost trust in her and know that our kids are in her very good and capable hands. While the kids are napping, she’s happy to help put away their laundry and also prep meals and snacks for them.
