I am a former elementary and early childhood educator of 10+ years. I taught in Washington D.C. and abroad for several years and had a lot of success and joy with it. I am currently back in school, studying and practicing to be a midwife. I just moved to the west coast so that I could work at a birth center and complete my clinical hours. I have a sporadic on-call schedule, so I can only take jobs that work with my schedule. I have a former teaching license (although I have not renewed it since I have left the field), and I am CPR certified and certified in Neonatal Resuscitation (which is required for my current field).
