Hi - My name is Giselle and I’m 32 years old. I started working whit children 5 years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I’m looking for a part time position and my rates start at $22/hour for one child. I have worked for 3 families, 2 of them as a nanny share for about one year and the other one for more than 3 years. I also have my own car. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking and taking the kids to parks and museums. I’m firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to cook, ride my bike and play board games with my friends. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi, there! My name is Katherine and, as the oldest of five girls, I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. My first experience with babysitting was for my mom—I would watch my little sisters while she ran errands. As I got older, I started babysitting for some of the families in my neighborhood and continued until I went away to college. In college, I nannied for a couple of different families. One of these families had seven children, ranging in age from 3 to 18. While I mostly spent time with the two little ones, I also chauffeured four of the older children around to their sports practices and various extracurricular activities. In addition to nannying, I also taught an after-school cooking and nutrition program to elementary school age children as part of an internship in college. After college, I moved to Spain to teach English and also tutored for several families on the side. Now, some of my friends and family members are starting to have children of their own and I am always happy to watch them if they have things to do or they just need a break. In addition to babysitting, I also have some pet sitting experience. While attending law school, I somehow found time to pet sit for my neighbors. I eventually decided to make a Rover profile and I have continued to book pet sitting jobs through the app. Additionally, I also adopted a cat. A little about me—I just moved to Denver from Washington, D.C. last July and I am absolutely loving everything about living here. During the week, I work as an attorney in downtown Denver, but I try to spend every weekend in the mountains. I got engaged this past July and I am planning a Summer 2026 wedding here in Colorado. I am hoping to supplement my income and pay for most of my wedding expenses on my own. I look forward to helping you with all of your caregiving needs!
Hi! I’m a 4th Grade teacher in Denver Public Schools district on summer break. I’ve taught elementary grade levels (all subjects!) for 6 years. Throughout the years, I’ve taught 3rd grade, 2nd grade, and 4th grade. I am very familiar with the Literacy and Math standards progression from K-5 and the strategies/language students need to learn to reach their academic goals. In past summers, I have taught summer school, coordinated summer camps, and worked for the parks and rec department a coaching soccer and basketball. I believe that learning needs to be a great mix of hard work and fun! This summer, I decided to take the summer off and not commit to a full time position. So here I am- still very much eager to be around kids on a part time basis. I’m excited to meet you, your family, and learn about how I can be the most helpful!
Hi my name is Debbie Wood, I would be interested in babysitting for you. I am retired and slightly handicapped but I would love to babysit. I worked for Avaya (Lucent, AT&T, Bell Labs and Western Electric) for 38 1/2 years. I am looking for ways to make a little extra money for a cruise I am taking next January. I am a Christian and attend Flatirons Community Church where I volunteer working with youth (12 - 18 years old at Open Door Ministry. Theses children live with their mom in a shelter or on the streets. Two other couples and I prepare a dinner meal and serve them. I'm retired from officiated soccer for 27 years and also was an Assessor and Instructor for United States Soccer Federation 30 years. I have worked with youth a very long time. I mentor a girl at risk with Save Our Youth, in the Denver area. I have been finger printed and had a back ground check to make sure I could be around kids..
In my 20s, I started my childcare journey working as a temporary/fill-in nanny through nanny agencies, and I worked for several years as the full-time nanny/mother's helper for a family with 6 children. I have raised and home schooled my own children and have cared for several step-children including one with special needs. I have worked with elementary, middle school, and high school students (including as a camp director, counselor, and staff member). I have a clean driving record, and if I were to transport your children, I would be as careful and attentive to them as I would be with my own. I have taken Red Cross Adult/Infant First Aid/CPR/AED training. I am looking for jobs working with families who have fun together, value responsibility and kindness, and communicate well. I want your kid(s) to feel well cared for, and I think while you are out doing what you need to do, your child(ren) ought to have a really great experience too! I have most recently nannied for a toddler who is now going into full-time pre-k. I have a special place in my heart, and arms, for the very young babies, too. I have experience in home organization and management, 24-hour/overnight childcare (house-sitting and pet-sitting included), childcare in a hotel/BnB setting, as well as caregiving for conventions and the like along with a group of other childcare workers. I have helped my families with food prep, laundry, errands, senior companion care, and caregiving (as well as tutoring) for all ages of children. I’d love to meet you and your child(ren)!! 🥳

"UrbanSitter is my go-to for quality sitters! I can book weeks ahead of time or easily find a same-day sitter when in a bind. I even hired a part-time nanny during a daycare transition. Customer service is helpful and babysitters respond in a timely manner."
