Hello! I'm a 35 year old that is very active and creative. I've been babysitting, nannying, dogsitting, and housesitting for over 20 years. After college in 2013, I was an Au Pair in Madrid, Spain. I've worked with children of all ages from 2 months to 15 years of age and have watched over 200 children. These jobs have included homework help, driving to activities, cleaning, park visits, crafts, diaper changes, giving medication, cooking, feeding, bathtime, bedtime, etc…you name it, I've done it! I am a mental health therapist (LCSW) looking for part time/date night/weekends jobs to supplement my income and connect me back to the joyous work of supporting youth. I am adventurous, empathetic, responsible, and proactive. I am 30 years old and have been working with kids and pets since I was probably about 14. I have worked as an after-school nanny, completing school pickups and activities, as well as a babysitter fo a variety of ages. I worked as a mother’s-helper for a mother who had twins, supporting her with household cleaning and meals, as well as taking care of her 3 year old daughter. Previously, I worked as a behavior therapist for kids with autism and as a paraprofessional in an elementary school for kids with behavioral and developmental disabilities. In my free time (and if I can overlap it with work) I love to spend my time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, camping, biking, hanging in the park or walking my dog. I'm very active and love to stay busy and aim to encourage play, adventure and calm in the kiddos I work with. I also have lots of experience caring for dogs (and cats a little). Currently, I have a 7.5 year old german shephard/husky mutt and have dog-sat for many people. Last, I have a reliable car that I don't mind driving kids in to and from activities.
