This job required a very organized individual with the ability to multi-task. Michelle stepped into her new role with ease. She was responsible for taking care of the children in all aspects. She was very organized getting the kids off to two different Schools and navigating a very busy after School schedule well into the evening. She was also responsible for all the food shopping for the household as well as some household errands. Michelle is a beautiful cook and was responsible for all 3 daily meals plus healthy snacks, five days a week. Michelle has always worked with integrity in all aspects of her role with us. One of her strongest attributes is her moral character. She is extremely mature for her age and carries herself with confidence. She always kept a close eye on my children ensuring their safety. She is a very competent driver, often driving my children in the evening free of incident. We also have a dog that she cared for lovingly. Lastly, Michelle is a very warm and kind individual. She has a great sense of humor and the kids have always enjoyed playing with her so. My kids have grown to love her and we will all sorely miss her being in our home.
