Hi! My name is Tori Lawson, I am 20 years old and I am going into my senior year at the University of Alabama. I am going back to school on August 14th so I am completely available until then. I have experience babysitting my younger cousins, I have been babysitting them since I was 13 years old. I also worked as a counselor for a summer camp. There, I was taking care of children ages 3-14, while mainly focusing on children ages 6-10. I am absolutely a dog lover!! I have a small shish tzu at home, but am very comfortable with dogs of any size and age! I also take care of my sister’s cats when she is away from home so I would be comfortable helping out with cats as well. I do not have any experience in senior caretaking, however I would love to help out with driving to appointments, cooking dinner, or other tasks the job may require. I am also happy to work as a household assistant with cooking, cleaning, or whatever you might need!! One thing to know about me is that I am currently majoring in psychology, as well as minoring in sociology and neuroscience. I plan to continue my education and pursue a career in child psychology, where I will be able to help children work through problems and guide them to a better future for themselves.

Sidney has been compassionately working with children since 2018 as a respite direct support personnel, camp counselor, ABA therapist (Behavioral Technician), and babysitter. Sidney has submitted proof of COVID-19 vaccination card. Sidney is currently a junior in college majoring in Sociology and is looking forward to provide care for your family! Patience is key!

I am 29 years old, live in shelton, and am currently in my graduate program for clinical mental health and I am in my internship phase to become a licensed professional counselor. It is really hard to work full time due to the time I have to put into my school and internship. I am looking to do nanny work so I am able to have some income while having flexibility. I have taken care of kids for 12+ years. I was a nanny for a family of 4 kids and 3 dogs for 3+ years. They were all under the age of 8 when I first started with them, and the 2 youngest girls were twins! I have always loved kids and have 2 nieces that I adore (one is 3 and one is 1). I have experience in school settings and psychiatric hospital settings. I am dependable and trustworthy. I absolutely love kids. I am always willing to help out around the house! I'm great with all ages and enjoy playing games, coloring, going outside etc! I am looking for part time work. Schedule is pretty open. I have an ESA golden retriever female Kona who will be 5. Because i have a dog, I cannot be gone for more than 5 hours at a time. She is great with kids and other dogs as well. Well behaved, does not jump or bark. If any family is up for it, she can come with me and I would be able to do more hours! I am very neat and organized and will always clean up, you won't even notice that a dog has been there :)

I have been working in childcare for over twenty five years, very passionate about it. I am patient and understanding of children. Love to explore the out doors doing nature walk and exploring bugs, entertaining and amusing them with stories, puzzles artwork and crafts.
