I’m a proud mom of two and a very social person who loves caring for both children and the elderly. I have over 2 years of professional experience in early childhood education, in addition to years of caring for my own children. I am also CPR and First Aid certified, which means your little one will always be safe in my care. My passion for working with kids inspired me to start a nonprofit called Unik Cause, where I support orphaned and needy children back home in Senegal (West Africa). Hi! My name is Shannon and I’ve been in DC for 6 years. I offer babysitting services for families and at a local church nursery. I’ve always loved kids and have 3 nieces and 1 nephew. I love playing games with them and going to park whenever I am back home and spent a lot of time with them before moving to DC. I started babysitting in high school and also worked at a local gym in their Kid Zone. There, I’d create and lead crafts, organize games, and maintain and safe and fun environment.
