Hello! I’ve been providing childcare for a range of ages in the District for over 15 years. I am a social worker, artist, and love to be outside. I am high energy and find hanging out with children and entertaining them to be so much fun! I am very comfortable with animals as well, I love dogs! Currently I have some families I provide dog sitting for in their homes when they go on trips. I volunteer at an animal sanctuary farms and rescue shelters, comfortable with all types of animals. I use this app to connect with families to build good working relationships, and many families I currently work with have worked with me for many years. Unfortunately I cannot offer full time child care, but I am a great option for date nights or weekends.

Hi, my name is Aina and I am a third year at George Washington University. I am currently studying abroad in Colombia and will be back in DC mid January. I am normally looking for occasional babysitting opportunities with children ranging from 2-12 years old. When it comes to child care I have been babysitting for two years in the Atlanta and D.C. area. In addition, I have one full year's worth of experience being an after school teacher for kindergartners and first graders at East Valley Elementary school in Marietta, Georgia. At that job, myself along with a co teacher were responsible for upwards of 20 students each day and in a school environment, that was quite manageable, and I know it'd be an even more enjoyable experience if I had more attention to give to fewer children. I also have college experience part time babysitting with multiple families, three of them who I worked with on a consistent basis. I have lots of energy to give when it comes to caring for children and I can find creative ways to keep them engaged and entertained. I have experience volunteering at an orphanage where I visit once a week and work mostly with babies 0-3 years old.
