Hello! My name is Victoria and I'm currently a graduate student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am offering child care, pet care, and household services. I love working with children -- I am currently an intern at a hospital and spend most of my day providing individual treatment and group therapy (watching over 11 kiddos at the same time!) My brother has 2 kids, who I've babysat since I was 15 years old. My responsibilities have included driving to/from school, crafts, helping with homework, tutoring (Spanish), and even tennis lessons (I was a D1 athlete in college so I would love to teach your kids how to play tennis!) I have a car, so I could also take them/pick them up from school, drive to appointments, and run errands. I grew up looking after my family dog, Bella, and would absolutely love to watch your pet(s) as well!
I have been working on and off in childcare simce I was in early high school! I was trained by the red cross in Babysitting and standard CPR/ First Aid and have kept up with my certification. I love engaging kids in their imaginations as I am in the creative world myself. I am also passionate about being active and love games and activities that involve movement. I know the importance of good communication and always make that my top priority when it comes to working with families. I believe that trust is built on effective communication. I am a very energetic and bubbly person, so I really love talking with kids and bringing them out of their shells!
Hi there, I'm Tania. I recently moved to Chicago in July, and I'm 20 years old and bilingual. I adore animals—my roommate has a cat, and I just welcomed a new kitten into my apartment. Back home, I have a large dog named Riley who I miss everyday. I love meeting and connecting with new furballs, and I would love to work with your little ones and fur babies. I consider myself outgoing, kind, and passionate about what I do. As a college student, I bring a fun and active energy to my interactions. I enjoy arts and crafts, cooking, and baking, and I’d love to share these activities with the kids! Baking together can be such a fun way to bond and create something delicious. Although I’m new to babysitting professionally, I have experience caring for my niece and nephew back home. I started looking after my nephew when he was just one year old, which taught me a lot about patience and creativity in keeping little ones engaged. I’m excited to apply that experience in my babysitting role here, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for your little ones. I'm excited to create a nurturing and fun environment where kids can thrive, whether through play, learning, or simply having a good time together.
Compassionate and dependable caregiver, specializing in creative and recreational caregiving, with experience supporting children, adults with disabilities, and elders. A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I bring a creative approach to caregiving, incorporating activities that engage, stimulate, and inspire those I support. I bring experience working in a preschool with children aged 2-4 years old. I also have experience in bilingual classrooms with children aged 3–10, supporting learning, engagement, and individualized attention to meet students’ diverse needs. These experiences have strengthened my patience, adaptability, and communication skills, allowing me to connect with individuals of all ages and abilities. Additionally, in my part-time role at Renewal Memory, I provide companionship and meaningful engagement for adults with Alzheimer’s, assisting with daily routines and creating a supportive, positive environment. I am also a volunteer at Arts of Life, where I help support professional artists with disabilities by offering guidance, assistance, and encouragement in their daily work. I also have hands-on experience in household management and organization, maintaining structured environments, managing schedules, and supporting daily tasks to keep routines running smoothly. My combination of caregiving expertise, creative approach, and organizational skills allows me to provide meaningful, engaging, and well-rounded care for those I support.

"UrbanSitter is my go-to for quality sitters! I can book weeks ahead of time or easily find a same-day sitter when in a bind. I even hired a part-time nanny during a daycare transition. Customer service is helpful and babysitters respond in a timely manner."
