Since September of 2022, I have worked as a Preschool assistant for ages 5 and below, feeding the kids, playing with them, changing diapers, and helping with nap time. I have experience with setting up routine for kids, and I have dealt with a variety of behaviors in the classrooms I have been in. I recently completed my Bachelors degree in a liberal arts major, and this past summer I took a child development course though City Colleges of Chicago. I also have been working through various Illinois Gateways online trainings regarding early childhood education. As for pets, I have owned nearly a total of 20 cats through my lifetime and have plenty of experience with caring for them. I also have had experience house sitting for my father and taking care of his two dogs. As for other animals, if I have instructions for care there is no limit to the animals I could care for. I love caretaking because it is so special to me to get to know someone so little and learn the best ways to connect with them and take care of them. Every child deserves care and attention, and I would like to help out parents so that they know their child is with someone who will be taking the best possible care of them.

Currently, I'm a child therapist with a degree from the Erikson Institute. I have worked with children in a variety of settings, including daycare settings, mentorship roles, as a group facilitator, nannying, and as a coach for youth sports. I love working with kids, and I always hope to be an adult figure who is fun, attuned, thoughtful, respectful, and responsible.

I love helping families in the neighborhood, and I'm great with homework help, meal prep, keeping the place clean, staying patient, and keep the house safe and quiet so that children can sleep while you're away.
