I'm and experience seater, I have three older kids on my own. I worked as a teacher assistant in an elementary school for 5 yrs and I'm currently working at a High school. I love working with kids of any age.

I have several years of consistent babysitting experience with 3+ families in Chicago. Along the way, I’ve worked with many different personalities and family dynamics, helping me adapt easily and feel comfortable in any situation. I am also a regular pet sitter, having stayed in the owners' home overnight regularly and making day visits to care for their Bernedoodles (ages ~6 months to 3+ years). For over three consecutive years, I cared for a family with three children under the age of 7 in downtown Chicago, multiple days a week. My responsibilities included getting them ready, cooking meals, taking them to the park and library, and supporting their daily routines. Through their parents’ recommendation, I went on to babysit for additional families, including a set of twins and a brother and sister close in age, both under 10. I’ve also worked as a student tutor for several years at Polaris Charter Academy in Chicago’s West Humboldt Park neighborhood and previously served as a volunteer soccer coach for kids with special needs. I bring strong skills in routine-building, meal prep, tutoring support, and creating a safe, engaging environment where kids can have fun while continuing to grow. I also previously trained as a lifeguard and have completed CPR training in the past, which I plan to refresh. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on helping kids feel known, supported, and confident while in my care. Being part of a child’s growth and seeing them discover the world around them is incredibly meaningful to me and has kept my passion for babysitting strong over the years. Some of the most rewarding moments are watching a child light up as they master a new skill or seeing their personality shine more clearly with each passing year. As a shy child growing up, I still remember the babysitters who made me feel understood and supported, and I strive to be that same steady, positive presence for the kids I care for.
