Hi! I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology at UIC. I have experience working with children through my work as a summer camp counselor and middle school assistant coach. I’ve supervised children, organized activities, helped create a safe and welcoming environment, and encouraged teamwork and positive behavior. I enjoy caregiving because I like helping children feel comfortable, supported, and engaged. I’m patient, responsible, and dependable, and I enjoy finding fun activities that match each child’s interests. Outside of work and school, I’m an animal lover and have a pet snake. I am a prek sped teacher and willing to work with special needs children or many at once but price may increase for multiples not special needs special prices. However, I want to have clear expectations. I am ell certified and almost a learning behavior specialist. I love art outdoors science and sports! I love to teach through hands on methods and do not raise my voice to children unless an emergency. If this happens, I’ll explain why to the child and tell you. I’m comfortable with many little ones.
