Hi! I'm a former elementary educator. I taught first and fourth grade for 10 years before deciding a year ago to take some time away from the classroom. My experience with children extends from basic in-home child care, through tutoring, and teaching. All of my years in education were spent in general education inclusion classrooms, and I have experience working closely with students with a range of diagnoses and disabilities. I've cared for children of all ages, from infants and toddlers, to elementary aged and older. I am looking for part-time work on either a regular or one-time basis. I work in education and grew up with dogs in my family. Since high school and college, I have been dog/pet sitting for different families. I have experience with all different sizes and breeds of dogs all the way from a yorkie to a mastiff. I am adaptable to meet the needs of the pet and care for the pet like they are my own. I am comfortable staying with the pet or doing drop ins. My schedule fluctuates but can be adaptable.

Hello! My name is Kennedy, or Ken for short! I am 26 years old and am an elder sister to four younger siblings, who now range from age 12 to 18. I have helped in caring for each of them since I was 12 years old. This has included picking and dropping them off at school, preparing meals, bathing, preparing for bedtime, playing board games, and other fun activities! Outside of my personal experience, I have volunteered for childcare at different organizations in my community as well. I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Psychology and Behavioral Health Studies, and I have experience in studying adolescence and childhood development alongside my hands-on experience. In addition to growing up with many siblings, I also have experience in caring for a broad range of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, and bearded dragons! I can also provide aid with basic household chores as well. I love working with kids and getting to play again as an adult!
