In my hometown of Seattle, I worked as a volunteer (later promoted to paid) reading coach for 2nd and 3rd-grade students at Team Read for 3 semesters. Additionally, I volunteered as a camp counselor at Girls Rock Math for two summers, leading 1st through 8th-grade girls in educational and social camp activities. Furthermore, I have regularly babysat and nannied for numerous families in the Seattle area, including families with as many as 4 children, ages 0-16. Hi! My name is Kay, and I’m a student at Emmanuel College in the Fenway area, where I’m pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I have about three years of hands-on experience working with children from kindergarten through 8th grade, and I currently work in both pre- and post-school day programs as well as summer camps. Hi! My name is Rachel (Ray) and I am 21 years old. I go to Northeastern as a Psych/Human Services student. I have worked at Perkins School for the Blind in special education as a teacher’s assistant for a little over a year with teenagers and young adults. I also have been a volunteer tutor with elementary aged kids for a little over two years. I love art and music (I have a guitar I love to bring), sensory, getting energy out and being silly.

Hi! My name is Allie. I am originally from Texas, but have been in Boston since August 2023. I am going into my senior year of college at the New England Conservatory of Music where I study trombone performance. I am also an Aunt to 5 amazing nieces and nephews (currently ages 8 months to 12 years old) I love to be around kids of all ages and have taken pride in watching my niece and nephews grow up and being a part of their lives. As you might guess, I love music and would love to sing and play along with the kiddos! I also have ample experience with animals. I grew up with dogs around all of the time! I currently have 3 dogs of my own (that live back home with my parents), but have in the past owned and raised chickens, cows, turkeys, and pigs. I am comfortable around any animal and would absolutely love to help out with them.

I am college student here at Fisher College looking to help out on my free time. I was a preschool teacher for 1-3 year olds during the summer and I loved working and teaching them.
