Hi! My name is Kaillyn, I’m 19 and a responsible, calm, and reliable caregiver with experience working with children and babysitting my younger cousins. I’m CPR & First Aid certified (renewing April) and very safety-focused. I’m comfortable with routines, meals, homework help, and bedtime, and I always aim to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids. I’m happy to do a call beforehand and look forward to helping your family!
Hi! I'm Sarah. Since 2013, when I was a child myself, I began child care and education at the Little Theater of Alexandria, first by helping my mother with her theater classes. A few years later, I began to run my own 30 minute session after hers, "Musical Theater Tots," where I taught children age 3 - 6 songs and simple choreography to perform at the end of the session. This transformed into "Little Singers," in 2016, a free fall class before Christmas where I instructed middle schoolers in harmonious caroling, to be performed in the Alexandria Scottish Walk. Since graduating high school, I come back every summer to run camps like Frozen song and theater, Barbie craft and play, and the Hogwarts camp, where me and three other teachers gave 30 elementary and middle school students an immersive experience, complete with daily classes and a mystery throughout, ending in a duel. I also have babysat as well as au paired, and worked in the winter of 2020 at 826DC as an Educational Programs Intern, facilitating after school writing-related activities and readings for students age 9-15, including a sensory walk to Colombia Heights which culminated in a book, binded in-house. In 2025, I worked as an after school teacher and substitute at Beansprouts nursery school in Brooklyn. I am an auntie to a 10 month old. Making structured play for kids throughout the years—letting a class's minds go free—has been the most fun in my life, and I couldn't think of a better job or something better I am capable of doing for the world. I love my educators, remember and appreciate every single one. I would be honored to be able to give a gift back to the next generation. I attended Bennington College, which means that everything I want to encourage in children—to dance, write, collage, laugh, think—I want to structure my life around, I want to do professionally. I'm an artist who sees teaching and collaborating as intrinsic to the art process. At Bennington, a great deal of the experience was listening to others share their work, having to have an eye of critique as well as humanity. Teaching and educating is a resonant process, a mutual exchange, as well as a delicate relationship where in knowing young people, we have power we must hold responsibly.
Hi! I'm Kit, a proud mom of two wonderful sons, and I'm passionate about providing reliable, caring support for families in Needham and surrounding areas. I offer flexible child care, senior care, and household services. I especially love working with newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-age kids—they're such amazing little people full of energy and curiosity! With my own experience raising children, I'm comfortable handling everything from gentle newborn routines to fun, engaging activities with older kids. I can drive to/from school or activities, help with after-school homework or tutoring, lead creative crafts, troubleshoot tech issues (like devices or software), and even offer beginner Chinese lessons to spark interest in language and culture. As a household assistant, I'm happy to cook nutritious meals, keep things tidy with light cleaning, run errands, or organize as needed. I've also been a dedicated caregiver for my own mother, so I'm experienced and compassionate with senior care—whether it's preparing meals, providing companionship, driving to appointments, or assisting with daily tasks. I'm comfortable in homes with dogs, cats, or other common pets (no snakes, please!). I'm reliable, patient, and love building trusting relationships with families. I'd be thrilled to help make your life easier—feel free to message me with any questions about availability or how I can support your family!
Hi! My name is Anna and I’m a reliable, energetic, and caring babysitter based in Boston. I have several years of experience caring for children of various ages, from toddlers to school-aged kids. I love creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can play, do crafts, and stay active. I’m also more than happy to help with homework, light housekeeping, and preparing healthy meals. I’m very organized, punctual, and attentive to each family's unique routine and needs. Additionally, I am a huge animal lover and comfortable in homes with pets! I look forward to meeting your family and helping make your daily routine a little easier!
Hello! My name is Joanna. I am originally from Cape Cod and am currently live in the Boston. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Development and Planning (specializing in Youth Development) from Clark University. While I currently work in clean energy, I have over a decade of hands-on experience in education and childcare. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. My background includes serving as a Youth Counselor at the Worcester Boys & Girls Club, tutoring for a college success program, and providing long-term babysitting and nanny-share support for families across Boston and Worcester. Previously, I served as a mother’s helper for a family with a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old. In that role, I managed morning routines, school drop-offs, tidying, outings to local parks, and occasional date-night care. Coming from a large family with many nieces and nephews, childcare has always been a natural part of my life. I love creating engaging, creative environments where children can explore, learn, and grow. I view caregiving as a mutual exchange where kids learn from me, and I learn just as much from them!
“Joanna is the most caring, calm, wonderful person. Our children love her (and so do we), and run to her each time she arrives because she is such a joy. She's reliable, punctual, responsible, and has a wonderful way with children. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”
