Hi! My name is Natalia. I’m Colombian, 30 years old, and currently live in the Elkridge, Maryland area. I am looking for a full-time nanny position with a family that can offer some flexibility with my school schedule. I have several years of professional childcare experience with children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. I was an au pair in Syracuse, New York, from November 2019 to August 2022, where I cared for two little girls, including the oldest from the time she was just 4 months old. After moving to Maryland, I worked as a full-time nanny from March 2023 to March 2024, caring for a little girl who was also 4 months old when I started. I transitioned from full-time childcare to pursue my legal career in the United States. I currently work as a Paralegal and am pursuing my LL.M. part-time at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Although I enjoy working in the legal field, I truly miss working with children and would love to find the right family to work with full-time while completing my graduate studies. I am available full-time Monday through Friday, with the exception of Thursday 11am to 1pm due to an in-person class. I am happy to discuss a schedule that works well for both the family and my academic commitment. I consider myself responsible, caring, outgoing, and active. I genuinely enjoy playing with children, planning age-appropriate activities, spending time outdoors, and supporting their development. I am also a native Spanish speaker and would be happy to speak Spanish with your children if your family is interested in bilingual exposure. I have extensive infant and toddler experience, and the safety, happiness, and well-being of the children in my care are always my priority. I am primarily looking for a family in Elkridge, Maryland, or the surrounding areas, and I would love to find a position with a family that values communication, reliability, and a positive relationship with their nanny. Please feel free to reach out if you think we might be a good fit. I would love to hear more about your family and your childcare needs! Natalia P.
Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m a scientist by day and babysitter by night! Alongside my passion for science is my love for children. Growing up with many younger siblings (as the eldest), I’ve had the privilege of helping care for them from a young age. I’ve also tutored young children (ages 3+) at Kumon here in Baltimore, where I gained experience with creative play and learning. Additionally, I have a master’s degree in biology and come from parents who have a longstanding career in early childhood education. I’m pediatric CPR and First-Aid certified, reliable, patient, compassionate, and most of all filled to the brim with positive energy. Whether it’s engaging in creative play, learning, homework assistance, or additional household daily tasks, I’m here to make a positive difference and help make being a parent a teeny bit easier. Spending time with children brings me positive energy, and it’s the perfect balance to my life as a scientist. I look forward to getting to know you and caring for your little ones.
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I bring over five years of experience supporting families with children ranging from infants to school‑age. I’ve worked with families both regularly and on an as‑needed basis, adapting as their schedules and needs changed. I currently work in the school system with Pre‑K through 5th‑grade students, where I assist teachers with interventions and provide support to students with a wide range of academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional needs. This experience has strengthened my creativity and ability to connect with children at different developmental stages. When working with families, I love getting to know each child’s personality, routines, and interests. I enjoy planning engaging activities such as arts and crafts, painting, dancing, homework help, trips to the park or museums, library visits, and supporting bedtime routines. I’m also comfortable offering light potty‑training support when needed. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to help with light household tasks—tidying up, running quick errands, house sitting, or pet sitting (I have a few pets of my own). I can also assist with simple meal prep or light cooking. My goal is always to make your day a little easier and ensure your child feels safe, supported, and cared for.
I have worked with children and youth since high school. I had the desire to work with children and youth as an adult however I haven’t had the chance to really balance that with school and work. Now that I am older and have more availability I want to pursue my passion with working with children and youth. I have a degree in family and humanities and I am a veteran. Over the years I’ve always wanted to pursue having a daycare center or a family based childcare. I still have that passion so I am looking to build a trusted and useful community for those who need my services. I am looking to provide support to families who do not work the traditional 9 to 5 working hours. My services is available for those who work non-traditional hours. The evening/overnight shift and those who work various changing work schedules. I received my experience with working with children and youth through internships, community engagements, and helping family and friend when they need a babysitter. I am willing to experience more hands on opportunities with you and your family. I believe that my passion for working with children of all ages will get me the experience I need to run a successful business. Please feel free to contact me. Excited to work with you.
