My name is Talia, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with my CDA Pre-K Certification, Infant and Toddler Certification, and many other certifications related to childcare and development. I have hands-on experience as a nanny, homeschool support, and have also worked as both an infant teacher and a Pre-K teacher. Working with children truly brings me so much joy, it’s such a beautiful experience being part of their growth, imagination, and everyday little moments. I’m very fun, patient, and bubbly, and I love creating engaging days filled with play, learning, creativity, and lots of positive energy. I enjoy building genuine connections with families and children ensuring that they feel happy, safe, and excited throughout our time together. I have been providing to care for other people of all ages since 1975, as well as for pets of all sorts. I have experience caring for children, adolescents, adults, people who are disabled, mentally ill, homeless, and people who have special needs. I have college degrees in social work and a degree in mental health, have worked in all types of settings: private homes, group homes, psychiatric hospital, family shelter, mental health programs, as well as ice skating rinks and a pet store. I think my favorite jobs were those in ice skating rinks because of the fun family atmosphere. I also have experience caring for pet animals of all sorts (even reef aquariums), and am a cat TNR volunteer. I love guiding and teaching others, have experience leading organized activities with/for children and adults. I have CPR and first aid training. For some reason people like talking to me - I like talking too, but know when it's time to listen and to prioritize the needs of those in my care. I have never smoked, never used alcohol or illicit drugs, and have the highest ethical integrity. Your loved ones will always be safe in my care.

I love being a babysitter and have been sitting since 14 years old. I currently volunteer at MWPH in the school age division, so I’m comfortable looking after children who may need extra attention.
