I have a really big family so I have been babysitting kids for as long as I can remember. When I was 16, I watched my 6-month-old cousin for a weekend by myself. During my time at this job, I was with multiple families. I helped them do laundry, and dishes and (most importantly and fun) played with the kids. I am very sad to leave and have only been due to moving to KC, Missouri. I love kids and I understand the importance of who influences a young life. When I babysit, it is important to me that the child has the attention they need. I had babysitters often when I was younger and I know that sometimes when they didn't play games with me or always engage with me it hurt my feelings.
