I began working as a babysitter in my teen years and loved it so much that I continued babysitting throughout college and into my 20s. After getting married and becoming a socialworker, I became a mother to my own child, who is now 18 years old and getting ready to go off to college this month! Over the last couple decades, I have worked with ages 0-12, and some adults. Most of my experience lies in early childhood, as I typically begin nannying during infancy and prepare them for pre-school. I'm CPR/AED/1st Aid certified, have experience with food allergies, seizures, behavioral disorders, chronic disorders, and speech delays. I am comfortable administering medication and driving with children in my care. I practice gentle parenting, sleep training, a variety of language techniques, and strive to work together with family/parents/children as a true part of the team.
