Hi! I’m Donna. I’m a warm, patient, and creative person who genuinely loves spending time with kids. I’m an aunt to a 7- and 9-year-old, and we spend our time doing arts and crafts, learning piano, and having real conversations — I always talk to kids like they’re people with their own thoughts, and they respond so well to that. I’ve also worked with children from preschool through high school at a tutoring company in San Diego, supporting them with everything from math to social studies. In my career as a producer, I’m extremely responsible and detail-oriented, so routines, safety, and clear communication come naturally to me. I’m great at planning engaging, screen-free activities and creating a calm, fun environment. I’ve cared for animals for years too — five years of hamsters and even fostering a puppy — so I’m comfortable with pets. Most importantly, I truly value these experiences because I hope to adopt children of my own someday. Spending time with kids brings me joy, and I take the responsibility seriously. Overall, I’m reliable, kind, and easy to work with. I’d love to support your family however I can.
Hi! I've been a nanny and babysitter for over 14 years, caring for children from just a few weeks old up to age 12. What started as helping out a co-worker occasionally has grown into something I've done alongside my professional life for over a decade and I genuinely love it. More recently, I spent 7 years with one Brooklyn family, caring for their son from age 5 through 12 (through end of 2025). I currently have consistent part time work with a 3.5 year old. I've also worked with babies, toddlers, and sibling combos, including kids with autism and mood-related challenges. I'm confident juggling different needs, ages, and personalities, whether that's helping a toddler through potty training or guiding a 10-year-old through homework frustration. I'm comfortable with: -Infants, toddlers, and older children (including multiples) -Special needs (including mild autism and mood disorders) -Doctor visits -Daytime outings, pickups/drop-offs (currently only available for some drop offs) -Cooking, light cleaning, bedtime, bath time, homework help -Pet-friendly homes (I love animals!) -Out of town visits, including care in hotel rooms. I've lived in NYC for 11 years so I am very comfortable navigating the city and taking transit with kids if needed. Ultimately my goal is to make your life easier and help your child feel safe, supported, and seen. My other professional background in e-commerce & retail management has primed me for being able to prioritize, the ability to patiently & positively meet needs, to clearly communicate, and being comfortable with taking responsibility. Most importantly, it has made me realize that if I have to get a headache about something work related, it might as well be from an adorable screaming child. Things to know: -I have a 3 hour job minimum unless otherwise agreed upon -If my commute is reasonably 1+ hour away I also ask for half of my transit time be compensated.
“Wendy is very sweet and got along well with our toddler ”
Hi! I’m Priya and I’m 18. I don’t have any paid babysitting experience yet, but I really love being around babies, especially infants. I’m super gentle, patient, and I’m happy to help with things like feeding, diaper changes, or bath time. I’m also totally fine following whatever routine you already have. I’m just here to make things easier and keep your baby happy and comfortable. I’m available part time, and I’d love to help out if you need someone!
“Priya is very good with kids especially babies. She babysit a friend’s baby once and did a very good job. The baby was feed, cleaned and in a good mood.”
Hi - My name is Joyce and I am offering child care and senior services. I have over 15 years of experience in child care and have my CPR / AED certification. I have experience taking care of children with allergies. My responsibilities are making simple meals, light house cleaning, accompany parents to children appointments, plan and partake in our door activities and arts and craft. I have been a caretaker for my own parents in the past as well as for others and am comfortable with Senior Care.
Hello! I am a graduate student studying for my degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I am looking for a part-time job outside of my career to help pay for my student loans. I have been familiar with childcare since I was 13 years old! I have been caring for my siblings after school, neighborhood kids, and also infants in my family. I know people don’t typically take familial gigs seriously, but these were paid. In these babysitting jobs, I’d be responsible for bathing, doing homework, entertaining, cooking, and putting the child to sleep. I’d also do cleanly duties around the house to keep it tidy for the parents to come home. I also do have experience in working in a children’s day camp. In the day camp, I was responsible for teaching the children, caring for their safety, taking them on field trips, and taking care of their dietary needs. I have immense attention to detail and adaptability, so if you need any services that I haven’t mentioned, please feel free to talk to me about it. I am fine with pets. I am just unfamiliar with precise care, so as long as directions are provided I’d be good to go. I do have an allergy to cats. However my severity depends on the breed and my proximity to the cat. I’d love to work with you! Hope to hear from you soon.
