I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with a B.S. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, yet my passion resides in the cultivation of sustainable living and lifestyle choices through Bhakti Yoga. I enjoy allowing children exploratory experiences as their minds are young and shaped by engagement. I tend to give children parameters, rather than hard rules. I love reading with a cup of herbal tea or chai, taking nature walks, playing in the garden, visiting the farmer's market, meal prepping, experimental food creations, painting, coloring, embroidery and laying in the grass looking at the sky. These are all activities I am open to sharing with your child(ren). Caveat: I am a strict vegetarian, so I am unable to feed or cook with meat, eggs, or fish. Yet, my child-friendly cooking skills are on point - Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, marinara with hidden vegetables, fruit salad, blueberry pancakes, just to name a few. My smile is contagious. Hi! I am 21 years old and attend Oberlin College in Ohio where I'm studying psychology. I grew up in Brooklyn Heights and have lived here my whole life, so I am comfortable with public transportation, going to park, and other fun attractions for kids.When home on breaks, I live with my two parents, older brother, younger sister and dog. I have experience sitting for kids ages 1-9; this includes playing with them and getting them dinner together, bathing them and putting them in pjs, and reading books to put them to sleep. Sometimes I would bring my dog because one girl loved to play with him. I am allergic to dogs and cats, but I am able to work with families who have dogs that do not shed. In my free time I love to bake, paint, sew, play frisbee, and take my dog to the park. While my certification has lapsed, I have taken courses in CPR and first aid.

Currently a media professional, I’ve always loved caring for others. I grew up with the mindset that if you take care of your community, your community will take care of you. I worked at my family’s daycare center for 5 years while in high school and some throughout college.
