I am the oldest in my family and took care of my younger brothers, as well as younger cousins, growing up. From age 13 through high school, I babysat for a local family who had six kids all between the ages of 7 and newborn. I taught dance through high school and my first two years of college. I taught 3-5 year olds as well as pre-teens and teenagers. I am happy to help with homework and projects or anything else they may need!

Hi- My name is Leslie and I’m currently a part time childcare provider and student at Hunter College. I have been caring for children since I was 12 years old and absolutely love it, I am easy going and energetic. Those early interactions with kids is what led me to my career path of studying Early Childhood Education and becoming a teacher. In past and present years my responsibilities have been everything from playing with kids, making meals/snacks, diaper changing, taking to various activities, reading to them, helping with homework, light tidying up, school pick ups and a host of other duties.
