I've been caring for children for as long as I can remember. As the oldest sibling, with brothers nearly 10 years younger than me, I began helping care for them when I was just 7 years old. Because my mother worked nights, I took on many caregiving responsibilities from the time they were infants. Over the years, I have babysat children of all ages, from infants and toddlers to school-aged children and teenagers.
