Hi, my name is Melissa and I'm currently a student at Hunter College. I'm offering child care, pet care, and household services. I have experience with children of different ages, from toddlers to older kids. I enjoy keeping them engaged through fun activities like arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play. I'm comfortable with following routines, and making sure kids are safe and happy. I love animals and have experience caring for dogs, I can walk, feed, play, and give them lots of attention. I can also help around the house with light cleaning, laundry, errands, and organization. I'm responsible, dependable, and easy to get along with, and I always try to create a positive and supportive environment wherever I work.

Melissa was wonderful. My daughter (4) loved playing with her and keeps asking her to come back. Highly recommend!

Hi, I’m Yulma. I’ve been a full-time babysitter for about 10 years, caring for children from newborns to age 13 (part-time and full-time). I’m gentle, patient, trustworthy, and hands-on. I love helping kids grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. I keep children engaged and active: we read, play games, do crafts, and get outside. I especially love taking kids to museums and the park, planning playdates, and creating fun routines at home. I’m happy to help with light meal prep, spanish language speaking, baths, and bedtime. I have some college coursework in Early Childhood Education, Kids on the Spectrum training, and Baby & Pediatric First Aid certification. I’m experienced with special needs and provide calm, structured, sensory-friendly care. I can share three strong references from current families. I work across the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Harlem, and I’m willing to travel further if needed. I will love your children like they’re my own—and keep them learning, laughing, and moving. I look forward to connecting!

Yulma was very sweet and patient with my little boy, who was especially fussy that morning (probably has a tooth coming in). She wasn't fazed by his grumpiness and stayed positive throughout her time with him, playing, singing, and staying communicative.

$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 4 families in Queens Village, NY

Hi! My name is Hanna, and I’ve always had a passion for working with children and I hope to be an elementary school social worker one day. I’m currently a college student studying Forensic Psychology at John Jay College, and I’ve spent the past few years supporting kids in both classroom and program settings. I’ve worked one-on-one with first graders, led small group activities in after-school programs, and even helped coordinate summer activities for children with autism and learning differences. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and I bring a lot of patience, energy, and creativity to every job. I’ve also taken care of toddlers in the past and love helping little ones learn, play, and feel safe. Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, or simply keeping things calm and fun at home, I’m here to support your family however I can!

Samantha 2 reviews
$30 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Sam, and I’m 22 years old. I’m currently a college student pursuing a career as a paramedic. I’ve been working as a nanny and babysitter for nearly four years, and I truly love caring for children. I enjoy doing crafts, baking, and going on little adventures that make learning fun and engaging. Creating a safe, positive, and happy environment for kids is very important to me. I’m also a big animal lover and have three pets of my own!

Sam has worked with our family for several years and has been truly wonderful. She’s helped care for our two children since they were very young and our kids absolutely love her. She is always dependable and such a kind person. Our kids are always out on fun activities around the city with Sam, and they love spending time with her. Even as our kids have grown, she’s still an active part of our lives. We trust her completely and would highly recommend her to any family.
