I’m now a professional actor and filmmaker on top of providing childcare. I have previously worked as a tour guide for my hometown's history museum which worked primarily with school groups. Thus, I have a lot of experience with large groups of elementary aged children. I have also performed children's theatre in the past. I am proud to be from a teaching family—with family members who work in the Department of Education in CA, public school teaching, and are professors at top universities around the world. Hello! My name is Rosaria, and I’m currently a student at NYU studying Theater and Social Sciences. I’ve always loved working with kids and creating environments where they feel comfortable, safe, heard, and able to be themselves. I have experience working with children of many different ages through babysitting and as a camp counselor at a music summer camp, where I worked with campers ages 8–16. I led improv games, arts and crafts activities, music-based activities, and helped create a fun and welcoming environment for all campers.
