I am a Nanny looking for a part time position 2-3 days a week from 9-2pm (can be flexible on time) rate is $25/hour looking to start ASAP. I am open to Senior care and pet care as well. I have a lifetime treasury of lived in experience when it comes to caretaking. I grew up homeschooled and helped raise and educate my 5 younger siblings. I grew up caretaking for my grandparents who lived with my family for 5 years until they passed. I am a recently single primary parent to a 6 & 8 year old determined to find work to establish financial independence. I believe in regulating, nurturing, and teaching children through play, music, creating art, and time spent in nature. I feel strongly about minimizing screen time and prioritize creating a safe and caring environment for children to express emotions. I have a huge heart and parent/nanny with a loving, empathetic approach. I have a holistic approach to caregiving and am very skilled in preparing nourishing meals made primarily with whole foods and minimal processed ingredients. From adopted senior dogs to new born puppies, animals have been a large part of my everyday life, forming my continues care and love for their wellbeing. Currently, I have a senior dog named Albert who needs more care and attention for his needs. I also have a 5 year old dog named Minus who is very active and loves to learn and show us his new tricks. Both of them like to play, nap, and sun bathe, while I also meet and support their needs. My dogs have always been my best friends and I want to become your pets as well! I’ve been a pet sitter on Rover for a little over two and a half years, and I’ve loved every second of it. I am fully background-checked and have completed more than 35 bookings, including eight amazing pets that I see on a regular basis. These long-term relationships mean so much to me as they’ve helped me grow as a sitter and understand how to create a comfortable, consistent routine for every animal I care for. It is very important to me to know all of your pets favorites and fears. I want to create a safe and personal experience with your fur baby, while also respecting their boundaries.
