Hello! I am a former teacher and have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, including newborns. As a Mom of three grown children, I strongly believe in being proactive by providing guidance and positive support in age-appropriate and developmental level-appropriate activities, with an emphasis on growing and learning. My manner is calm and patient, with a focus on confidence building, clear communication, and fun! I am at all times aware that children model what adults do and say (both negative and positive!) While nannying for a family, I strictly follow the parents' rules and guidelines, and work very hard to accomplish their expected outcomes for the child/children.
