I’ve been working in the Austin school district for the last 7 years and before then I was a Director at a child care facility for 3 years. I’m comfortable with all ages and can accommodate most special needs. I’m fluent in Spanish and Conscious Discipline and I have seen Encanto about 50 times.

I work full-time in Project Management, Monday- Friday, and offer occasional sitting on evenings and weekends. With 20 years of experience caring for children of all ages, I’m comfortable managing multiple kids at once and have provided everything from regular sitting to overnight and travel-based care. I am a mother as well, my son is 16. I spend tons of time with my younger nieces and nephews these days. I’ve always been told I have a natural way to connect and be with children. Additionally, I taught Head Start for over 4 years with children ages 0-5 and only left that job because I moved to Texas. I am Trained in conscious discipline as well as Montessori teaching methods.
