As a mom myself, I know first hand how difficult (and overwhelming at times) it was to find a trusting babysitter or nanny for my boys when they were younger. The way I see it, there is no greater job than being a parent. And when you have to make it to your job and can't be "there" for your children, you want to make sure they are in the right hands. That's where I come in, to offer you the peace of mind that your child will be safe, well cared for, nurtured and encouraged to thrive. I have a long experience with child care, from newborn to school age teenagers. I have a Bachelors in Education Sciences, with emphasis in Child Development. I am current on CPR, AED and First Aid training, and I am certified in Defensive Driving. I am also a Washington state Certified Specialized Para-Educator working with my school district in the mornings during the school year. If you're reading this message it’s because you're in need of someone you can trust your child with. So, send me a message and I will respond promptly.
“We had such a wonderful experience with Ilda! She was always punctual—often arriving a little early each day, which immediately put us at ease. From the moment she met our baby, it was clear she had a natural gift with children. Our little one instantly connected with her and was so happy and comfortable in her care. What really stood out was not only her warmth and patience, but also her depth of experience. She shared thoughtful insights about our baby’s development and what to expect in the coming months, which was incredibly helpful for us as new parents. It felt like she wasn’t just providing care, but also partnering with us in understanding our child’s growth. We feel so lucky to have found Ilda and would enthusiastically recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, insightful, and experienced caregiver.”
I am CPR certified Experience with dogs and cats Experience with grade school kids I enjoy helping people and intend to make a career in healthcare. I started a degree bachelor’s degree in psychology and intend on going into early developmental psychology. My sister and I grew up 9 years apart and I spent much of my younger years baby sitting. At 13, we all lived with my grandmother, uncles and nephews. Which meant we all went to the same school and I walked with them everyday and watched until someone was home My mother used to run a daycare out of our home when I was 15 and I spent a lot of time around the kids. After high school I did an electrical internship for some time and have experience with household assistance. Experience cooking with instructions.
Hi! I’m Lyndsay and I have been working in child care for the past fifteen years. I now have my own children, 6 year old boy and in first grade and a 2 year old girl who is my little sidekick. I am offering part time childcare. I have experience with all age groups! Before I became a mom, I was a nanny full time and even after that I continued doing a nanny share. That is also what I am hoping to find here! Things I love to do with kids both big and small are playing outside, doing art projects, gym classes, imaginative play and exploring new playgrounds. I also to love help clean, cook and run occasional errands. Anything I can do to help you out!
Howdy! My name is Kiara, and thank you for considering me to watch some of the most valuable beings in your life. I am 22 years old, and grew up as the eldest in my family with 2 significantly younger sisters, and several cousins, whom I have helped keep an eye on. Children bring a sense of wonder and curiosity many adults have lost, which is why I believe it is our responsibility as caretakers to responsibly foster these traits in a safe environment. I believe the best way to do this is to play, imagine, discover, and grow with those whom I watch. They have as much to teach me, as I do to them. Pets are family too, which is why I understand the love and compassion needed to care take for them as well. From walks, to playtime, or even cleaning up after accidents, I am here to care for them in your steed as you go on adventures of your own!
Hello! My name is Stacie and I am looking forward to meeting you and your family. I am currently an outdoor preschool teacher during the week but I am looking to work some occasional weekends or week night evenings to make a little extra money to help pay some extra bills. I received my teaching degree and a special education degree from Central Washington University many years ago but I continue to put it to good use everyday working with my preschool students. I consider myself a life long learner and I am continually learning new information about early childhood development, plants, cooking, sewing and gardening. My experience working with children spans 25+ years. My introduction to teaching was in high school when I worked at a Montessori Preschool. During my college education at Central Washington University, I worked with developmentally delayed adults who lived in the community and needed 24 hour support. I also lived with a female student who was a paraplegic but could still attend classes and who lived a very active life with the use of her electric wheelchair. My job was to assist her with meals, baths, bathroom breaks and all the little things in between. After college I had a wonderful time being the Education Director at the Boys and Girls Club in Bellevue for two years. After moving to Snohomish my daughter began attending the Snohomish Coop Preschool. I naturally began assisting my daughter’s preschool teacher and eventually was hired to teach due to the teacher getting injured in an accident. After finishing teaching at the Snohomish Coop preschool I was hired on at the Marysville Coop Preschool where I worked 3 years. From there I was hired at the Snohomish School District to teach in the Developmental Preschool program. I spent 3 years with the program and then switched to full time subbing for the Snohomish School District. Once my daughter graduated from the Snohomish School District I decided to try working with older adults living in adult family homes. I worked with a start up company that was hired by the adult family homes to go and provide the residents with music activities and art projects that would be interesting and stimulating for the residents. Eventually, I made my way back to teaching preschool but this time it was out in the forest. As you can see I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities. There are so many people to meet and so many things to learn!
