Hello parents! I'm a bilingual nanny (PT/EN) with over eight years of experience providing care for children, from newborns all the way to teenagers! I’m looking for long-term occasional babysitting opportunities, where I can develop a relationship with the family. 😊 I consider myself to be attentive, sensitive, patient, kind and loving with kids. I believe in creating a partnership with the parents I work with to help raise their kids to grow up being the best humans they can: smart, respectful, curious, compassionate and loving, and I do that by creating a safe, nurturing and enriching environment. Additionally, I’m fully covid vaccinated and boosted, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. I’m also CPR/First Aid Certified. Both resumé and references can be provided upon request!

Letícia was excellent with our almost two year old and even got him to sleep quicker than we can most nights. I would definitely recommend her and will be happy to have her take care of our child again.

Hi families! I’m Dani 😊 I’m an experienced nanny who truly cares about creating a safe, loving, and fun environment for kids. My priority is always making sure children feel comfortable, supported. I have several years of hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and young children, including working as a preschool teacher in a Montessori school, an au pair in the U.S., and a full-time nanny. Today, I focus on providing attentive personalized care, whether that’s keeping little ones on their routines, planning age-appropriate activities, or simply being present and responsive to their needs. I’m responsible, patient, organized, and very attentive to safety. I also love creating fun moments with kids through play, creativity, and outdoor time when possible. I’m a strong driver (10+ years of experience), fully vaccinated with booster, CPR & First Aid certified, and a non-smoker. I’d love the opportunity to connect and see how I can support your family. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Looking forward to hearing from you ☺️

Dani did an amazing job taking care of our daughter. She was very professional and great at engaging with our five year old. We would recommend her highly to other families and hope to have her come back to take care of our daughter again.

Hello all! Thanks so much for your interest! Kids have been a passion of mine ever since I was young! I have been babysitting since the 7th grade, and I was long term (every day after school, Saturday nights, and Sunday mornings and afternoons) for a family in Atlanta for over 4 years. I also traveled with them on their beach vacation as an extra pair of hands. My other experience includes volunteering at my local church with newborns, infants and toddlers. Along with my nannying experience, I was also a camp counselor for two summers (2012 and 2013) with the University of Georgia 4-H program, working with middle school students. Because I was lucky enough to be selected for this competitive position, I am CPRO (CPR for the professional rescuer) certified, as well as a certified Red Cross lifeguard and certified in First Aid. Along with my camp training, I was also a lifeguard in high school in the summers before I graduated as a trained American Red Cross Lifeguard, and was also trained in the Red Cross Learn-To-Swim Swimming Lessons program (k-12). Along with my camp experience in Georgia, I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Camp Galileo in the Bay Area (2 years) and I was a senior team leader at the Manhattan Beach location for Camp G's first summer down south! After working as an outdoor educator (with 4th. 5th, and 6th graders) in the southern California mountains for two years, I moved back to the Bay Area in 2016 and have been working as a nanny ever since. With all my experience, I am able and willing to work with all ages, as well as take any courses parent(s) find necessary to prepare for whatever age needed. I am willing to have a separate background check as well as provide extra references. I love kiddos and I love to be on their level and connect with them. I love fostering an environment for creative play and I consider it a true gift to be able to help them learn, explore and discover! Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you! **UPDATE ON MY PROFILE AS OF 7/2019** I recently took on a new position as a behavioral technician for clients with special needs, providing ABA therapy 6 days a week. Bittersweetly, I no longer have any extra time available to babysit. However, if I delete my UrbanSitter profile I will loose all of my contacts and the wonderful references I have received during my time on this amazing platform. I wish you the best of luck in your search! Thank you!

***Currently seeking work as a Pediatric Nursing Assistant on Fridays only*****. Hello! My name is Kimberly. I have raised 4 boys who are mostly out of the house, so I have a little free time to help others. I am transitioning from full-time mothering to working outside the home, and just completed clinicals as a nursing assistant. I plan to apply to nursing school in the next year, and I'm hoping to gain some experience as a pediatric Nursing Assistant - Certified before I apply. I have a BS in Health Education and a MPH in International Health. I speak conversational Spanish, and formerly taught piano lessons. I am looking for a hours on Fridays, or possibly Saturdays. Besides assisting with diaper changes, feeding, dressing, bathing, oral hygiene and wheelchair transfers, I can help with homework, house cleaning, rides to activities, simple meal prep, and just playing with kids inside or out! I'm use to looking after cats and a black lab, so I can help with pet care as well. I'm a good organizer if you need help with that too!

Kimberly did a wonderful job taking care of our four year old. She came up with games to entertain her, made origami with her, and was good at conversing with her. She was very professional and even did extra tidying up while she was here. We would definitely recommend her to other parents, and hope we can have her back to take care of our daughter another time.
