I mostly work with 3rd, 6th, and 9th graders, but am comfortable with all age groups. My experience has been primarily with children from 10 months- 10 years old. I am also available to help with tidying, homework, and cooking. During childcare hours, I prioritize hands-on, outdoor if possible, activities instead of screens. I started with my two cousins that were 6 and 3 y/o at that time; then a 3 month old baby until 18 months, and her cousin since she was 4months until 8 months. After that I arrived to Oakland and I’m currently working with two girls! They were 2 years old and 4 months old when i arrived, now they’re 3 y/o and 2 years old 🫶🏻 I feel comfortable with infants and kids, i like to play with them and teach them stuff and also dance and sing! I never did pet care but i have had dogs all my life and i love them, my host family here also have a dog and i usually go for walks with him ❤️

I am a recent grad from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I graduated March of this year with a degree in Psychology and Child Development. I have close to a decade of experience with children. From babysitting, VBS, summer camps, nannying, and working at a preschool as a teachers assistant. My work experience with children starts as young as 4 months old to middle school. I also love animals and have no problem with watching a pet as well, I always love when there's the bonus child haha! I think working with children is always an incredibly fulfilling experience. Being able to be an important figure in a child's life is so crucial to their development and overall well-being, so I always take great pride in that!
