Now, my nanny families come from word of mouth. I have worked with children in various settings (as a tutor, therapist, & teacher's assistant). I enjoy spending time outdoors, doing crafts, and creative play. I have watched children as young as three weeks old and up to younger adults (with autism and intellectual disabilities). Hello! It’s great to meet you ! I work as a substitute teacher during the school year but am looking for part time jobs during the summer season. I teach Kindergarten through twelfth grade and am very familiar and comfortable with that wide age range! Besides that, I have also worked in other school districts as an after school leader, where I was used to working one on one with students as well as leading large groups of kiddos as well. I have also nannied for a family with two babies, ages 2 1/2 and 9 months until I started working as a permanent substitute. I find kids’ energetic and kind personalities a joy to be around and I overall love working with kids for those reasons! I have a clean driving record and happily offer pickup and drop off from school if needed! I can offer school related assistance including homework help, arts and crafts, light tidying around the household, and anything else that I may be of help in. My priority is always to ensure that this is a great experience for both the family and children, as for me as a caretaker! I am a very nurturing, caring, experienced and reliable mom of two college age boys. I have always been passionate about children and especially love working with infants to age 4. I started babysitting when I was 15 years old and after college I was a full time nanny for a special needs infant. I was also a respite care worker (part time) and administered medication and assisted a quadriplegic woman with her exercises and daily routines. I was a preschool teacher for 11 years and also worked as a behavior therapist, for over a year, for children diagnosed with autism. As a preschool teacher I worked with all ages, but for 7 years I taught the 3-4 year old class at Bnai Simcha Preschool In Pasadena. I especially love children’s literature and always had a very creative and engaging classroom! I have a BA in Sociology and have taken 19 units in early childhood education. I recently renewed my CPR and First Aid certifiication. I took the last year and a half off of work because my son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and hashimotos,, and I also wanted to be more available for my mom who is in the late middle stage of dementia. I look forward to working part time with 1-3 children and finding a family who is “a great fit.”

Hi! I have been babysitting since I was 10 years old as I am the oldest of 5 children. I currently work at Stanford Children’s Hospital as a Patient Companion and my duties were similar to babysitting duties and much more. I have worked at Stanford Children’s Hospital for nearly 4 years and previous to that I worked in senior homes as a CNA. I also have my CPR/BLS certification in pediatrics and adults. I have also volunteered to provide companionship to seniors in hospice care! My experience at Stanford has taught me so much about children such as how to promote developmental skills, newborn care, or even keep kids entertained while maintaining a safe environment. I have a bachelors in public health and a minor in women’s health issues and I am currently pursuing nursing school! I am relocating from the Bay Area which is why I have to resign from my job at Stanford Children’s, but I look forward to sitting for you!!

Ive been an emt for 8 years. I have experience treating pediatric emergencies. I am first aid and cpr certified. I do not have experience caring for children but im an upbeat, positive, and caring individual. I love children and would love the chance to gain experience by caring for your kids! I have three dogs at home ranging 10 lbs, 35 lbs, and 100 lbs. I am comfortable with dogs of any size. I dont have experience with cats but I am willing to learn.
